Forgot your user name or password?

If you cannot find your answer below, contact us at 800-545-9944 Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or e-mail eRiderCentral@oregonstate.edu outside of office hours.

Q: How do I get a user name and password to access the site?

A:

When you register and pay for an eRider® Basic or Intermediate course, you will receive a confirmation with a unique link to access the site.

Q: I am having technical trouble with the online videos or activities. What can I do?

A:

In most cases, holding down the Control key and pressing F5 (Cntl+F5) will refresh your screen and solve the problem. Updating your browser, switching to another browser or clearing your cache can also solve the problem. Team Oregon recommends restarting your computer after making any system changes.

Q: My account has been locked. How do I get back in?

A:

Contact Team Oregon at 800-545-9944 or eRiderCentral@oregonstate.edu to unlock your account.

Q: I can't view an eRider video. How can I fix this?

A:

Q: How do I prove I’ve completed the online classroom?

A:

When you successfully complete the online classroom, your student record will be updated automatically. After completion of riding activities, including passing the skill test, Team Oregon will issue your completion card.

Q: What are the system (computer) requirements?

A:

You will need a modern desktop or laptop computer, operating system and Web browser, high-speed Internet connection and headphones or speakers. Tablet computers support the online classroom; smart phones and handheld devices are not recommended.

Operating System: Windows XP Service Pack 3 or greater, Mac OS 10.5 or greater, iOS 6 or greater, Android OS 4.0 or greater

Browser: Use Microsoft Edge, Chrome, or Chrome for Android. Safari, Firefox and Explorer may work but are not recommended.

Internet Connection: 1 Mbps service or greater (cable, DSL or fiber)

Browser Features: JavaScript, CSS and cookies enabled

Display Resolution: 1440x900 or greater recommended; 1024x768 or greater required (may require scrolling or zooming)

Audio Support: Headphones recommended, speakers required

Q: When will I get my completion card?

A:

After you have successfully completed all classroom and riding (range) sessions, Team Oregon will mail your completion card within five business days.
